The process of Hypnotherapy is quite simple, the client is inducted into a trance state where the mind is directed to focus on a concentrated point. Through gentle relaxation and direction Hypnosis is induced. Then the client is suggested to undertake changes that are discussed before the session and the client accepts the process as it happens. Often changes begin to occur shortly after the consultation has finished. The client may notice that they do not react the same as they have previously. This is the process of the subconscious mind reprogramming itself and the subsequent positive experiences and elation help to allow important changes to become permanent.
